Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our return and exchange policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at contact@1391store.com. We will be in touch shortly.

**Please note:**
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
- For items valued at over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item if these precautions are not taken.
